Grown at approximately 1,700 metres above sea level, these coffee cherries thrive in rich volcanic soils and a cool mountain climate. Sheltered by the towering Andes, the region enjoys remarkably consistent growing conditions, allowing each harvest to develop exceptional sweetness, balance, and clarity in the cup.

Our medium roast brings out delicate notes of crisp green apple, creamy milk chocolate, and roasted hazelnut, creating a smooth, well-rounded coffee that's equally enjoyable as espresso or with milk.

Behind every cup is a community of around 65 dedicated growers participating in the Popayán Reserve program. By rewarding exceptional quality with premiums above market prices, the program helps support farming families while encouraging sustainable production and continual improvements in coffee quality.
