Freshly roasted in Australia in small batches using traceable specialty coffee beans, this medium roast showcases the strengths of each origin. Brazilian coffees from the renowned Mantiqueira mountains provide a rich chocolate foundation and caramel sweetness. Papua New Guinea's Okapa region contributes smooth vanilla notes and subtle complexity, while high-grown Colombian coffee from Popayán brings a gentle brightness that adds balance and clarity.
The result is a velvety espresso with layers of deep cocoa, caramel, soft vanilla, and a delicate golden raisin finish. Whether enjoyed as a bold espresso or paired with milk in a flat white, cappuccino, or latte, this versatile blend delivers a consistently satisfying cup.
About the Origins
This espresso blend brings together coffees from three of the world's most celebrated coffee-growing regions, each with its own unique landscape, climate, and coffee heritage.
Mantiqueira, Minas Gerais — Brazil
Nestled among the mountains of southern Minas Gerais, the Mantiqueira region is one of Brazil's most recognised specialty coffee areas. Its high elevations, rolling mountain terrain, and favourable climate create ideal conditions for producing coffees known for their sweetness, body, and exceptional balance. The region is home to thousands of small independent farmers who have passed down coffee-growing traditions through generations.
Okapa — Papua New Guinea
Located in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, Okapa is a remote and mountainous coffee-growing region known for its pristine natural environment and unique coffee character. Smallholder farmers in this region often cultivate coffee among lush landscapes and rich soils, producing beans celebrated for their smooth sweetness, complexity, and distinctive flavour profiles.
Popayán, Cauca — Colombia
Surrounded by the Andes Mountains, the Popayán region of Colombia benefits from high elevations, fertile volcanic soils, and a diverse microclimate. These conditions have helped establish Cauca as one of Colombia's most respected coffee regions, producing coffees admired for their elegance, balance, and vibrant character.
Together, these origins represent three distinct coffee cultures and landscapes—bringing together the rich traditions of Brazil, the unique highland character of Papua New Guinea, and the refined coffee heritage of Colombia.
